PLC-beta-IN-1 (Compound 8a) is a PLCbeta inhibitor. PLC-beta-IN-1 exerts anti-airway contraction activity by inhibiting PLCbeta and its downstream signaling pathways, and can enhance the airway relaxation effect of beta-agonists. PLC-beta-IN-1 can be used in the study of asthma[1].
