LDHA-IN-10 (Compound HP19) is a Lactate Dehydrogenase-A (LDHA) inhibitor with an IC50 value of 5.2 µM. LDHA-IN-10 reduces lactate production and ATP levels, inhibiting the proliferation of pancreatic cancer cell line PANC-1. LDHA-IN-10 induces G1/S cell cycle arrest and promotes apoptosis. LDHA-IN-10 is promising for research of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC)[1].
