EGFR/VEGFR2-IN-7 exhibits broad-spectrum and potent anti-proliferative activity, especially being sensitive to breast cancer. EGFR/VEGFR2-IN-7 induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, inhibits cell migration and invasion. EGFR/VEGFR2-IN-7 can be used for research on breast cancer[1].
