GSTA4-IN-1 (Compound 3a) is a potent and competitive inhibitor of glutathione S-transferase A4 (GSTA4), with an IC50 of 3.12 µM and a Ki of 2.38 µM. GSTA4-IN-1 is cytotoxic to colorectal cancer cells. GSTA4-IN-1 can be used for research on colorectal cancer[1].
