EGFR-TK-IN-6 (compound 10B) is an EGFR-TK inhibitor (IC50 = 0.65 µM). EGFR-TK-IN-6 has anti proliferative activity against MCF-7 cells (IC50 = 37.7 µM). EGFR-TK-IN-6 has low toxicity to normal cells. EGFR-TK-IN-6 can be used for cancer research[1].
