alpha-Glucosidase-IN-105 is a selective and potent alpha-Glucosidase inhibitor with an IC50 of 31.36 µM. alpha-Glucosidase-IN-105 also inhibits alpha-Amylase (IC50 = 104.2 µM). alpha-Glucosidase-IN-105 exhibits inhibitory effects comparable to the standard drug Acarbose (HY-B0089). alpha-Glucosidase-IN-105 can be used for the research of type 2 diabetes[1].
