Mcl-1-IN-21 can induce apoptosis, elevate intracellular ROS, reduce mitochondrial membrane potential, exert cytotoxicity against human cervical cancer cells, and inhibit tumor growth in a human cervical cancer xenograft mouse model. Mcl-1-IN-21 can be used for the research of cervical cancer[1].
