HIV-1-IN-92 is a non-nucleoside inhibitor of HIV-1 reverse transcriptase with an IC50 of 0.11 µM against HIV-1 reverse transcriptase. HIV-1-IN-92 exhibits activity against both wild-type HIV-1 IIIB and mutant HIV-1 strains. HIV-1-IN-92 can be used in research related to acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)[1].
