EGFR WT/T790M-IN-4 is an anticancer agent. EGFR WT/T790M-IN-4 acts as an inhibitor of EGFRWT and EGFRT790M , with an IC50 of 0.133 µM and 0.043 µM, respectively. EGFR WT/T790M-IN-4 also inhibits PI3K and mTOR kinases, with IC50 values of 0.22 µM and 0.35 µM, respectively. EGFR WT/T790M-IN-4 induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in cancer cells, and inhibits cancer cell proliferation. EGFR WT/T790M-IN-4 can be used in research related to prostate cancer, colon cancer and breast cancer[1].
