PROTAC HSP70 Degrader-1 mediates ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation of cytosolic HSP70. PROTAC HSP70 Degrader-1 exhibits cytotoxic activity against cancer cells, suppressing tumor cell proliferation and inducing apoptosis in combination with DTHIB.
