SePP is a blood-brain barrier-permeable NMDAR antagonist and dopamine/norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor, with a Ki of 28.7 nM for rat NMDAR. SePP exerts anticonvulsant effects. SePP can be used in research related to fragile X syndrome[1].
