CAIF is an irreversible, selective allosteric covalent inhibitor of ucosyltransferase 8 (FUT8) with an IC50 of 5.7 µM. CAIF inhibits core fucosylation modification in cancer cells, and suppresses the invasion and migration of cancer cells. CAIF is applicable for cancer research[1].
