CHNQD-02204 inhibits ergosterol biosynthesis, disrupts the membrane integrity and biofilm formation of Candida albicans, and suppresses the morphological transition of Candida albicans from yeast to hyphal form. CHNQD-02204 can be used in studies related to candidal infections[1].
