AChE/BuChE/BACE-1-IN-1 is a blood-brain barrier penetrant AChE/BuChE/BACE multi-target inhibitor, with IC50 values of 0.387 µM, 0.430 µM and 0.531 µM against AChE, BuChE and BACE-1, respectively. AChE/BuChE/BACE-1-IN-1 reduces the aggregation of beta-amyloid protein (Abeta) and hyperphosphorylated tau protein (p-tau). AChE/BuChE/BACE-1-IN-1 can be used for the research of Alzheimers disease[1].
