Rebastinib-BODIPY TMR (Reb-TMR) is a Tie2-targeted fluorescent imaging probe derived from Rebastinib (HY-13024). Rebastinib-BODIPY TMR enables specific labeling in Tie2+ endothelial cells and macrophages, and is suitable for in vitro high-content cell screening as well as in vivo two-photon/confocal vascular imaging in mice[1].
