Antitubercular agent-59 is an orally active antitubercular agent with an IC50 of 51 nM against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Rv. Antitubercular agent-59 inhibits growth of Bedaquiline (HY-14881)-resistant Rv0678G12C mutant strains. Antitubercular agent-59 exerts bactericidal activity in chronic tuberculosis mouse models with 1-Aminobenzotriazole (HY-103389) coadministration[1].
