c-Met-IN-28 is a type III allosteric inhibitor of c-MET, with pKi values of 7.4 (WT) and 7.1 (D1228V), and IC50 values of 37 nM (WT) and 72 nM (D1228V) against human c-MET. c-Met-IN-28 can be used for research on c-MET-driven cancers[1].
