WMK-1 is a 1,2,4,5-tetraoxane derivative and ferroptosis inducer, with significantly higher cytotoxicity against cancer cells than non-cancerous cells. WMK-1 triggers ferroptosis in cancer cells and cancer stem cells. WMK-1 can be used for the research of cancer[1].
