Pargyline (Standard) is the analytical standard of Pargyline. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Pargyline is an irreversible monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitor with Kis of 13 µM and 0.5 µM for MAO-A and MAO-B, respectively. Pargyline has antihypertensive and anticancer activities[1][2][3]. Pargyline is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
