Buflomedil, a vasodilator agent, is an orally active alpha1A-adrenoceptor antagonist with Kis of 4.06 µM and 6.84 µM for alpha1A-AR and alpha1B-AR, respectively. Buflomedil can be used for the study of peripheral circulatory disorders[1][2].
