Pazufloxacin mesylate exhibits broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, with MIC90 values ranging from 0.025 to 100 µg/mL against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, non-fermenting bacteria, Legionella spp., and anaerobic bacteria.
