Dibenzothiophene enhances the embryotoxicity of beta-naphthoflavone (HY-114740). Dibenzothiophene shows acute toxicity in mice. Dibenzothiophene is mainly used for the study of the mechanism of developmental toxicity in organisms[1][2].
