Vari Fluor 640-dUTP (VF 640-dUTP) is enzymatically incorporated into DNA/cDNA and can replace its natural counterpart, dTTP. Vari Fluor 555-dUTP can be used to produce biotinylated DNA probes in a variety of assay applications[1].
