Ribonuclease T2 (animal free) (EC 4.6.1.19) is a biocatalyst and a key enzyme in new biocatalyst technologies. Enzyme engineering aims to enhance enzyme reaction kinetics, substrate selectivity and activity under adverse conditions (e.g., low or high pH). By introducing stimulus responsiveness to these enzyme modifications, dynamic control of activity is also possible. This product does not contain animal-derived ingredients[1].
