Cornuside inhibits mast cell-mediated allergic response by down-regulating MAPK and NF-kappaB signaling pathways. Cornuside has anti-allergic effects in vivo and in vitro which suggests a therapeutic application of this agent in inflammatory allergic diseases[1].
