Ignavine is a conformational modulator of µ-opioid receptors (IC50 = 2.0 µM). Ignavine exhibits a concentration dependent bidirectional regulatory effect in vitro. Ignavine has analgesic activity. Ignavine can be used for research on pain related conditions[1].
