Hymenoxin (compound 7) is a dual inhibitor of iNOS and NF-kappaB with IC50 of 42.7 µM and 85.5 µM respectively. Hymenoxin can inhibit 16% of oxidative stress at a concentration of 125 µg/mL[1].
