Vasculotide ameliorates endotoxin-induced endothelial barrier dysfunction. Vasculotide promotes angiogenesis in a mouse model of diabetic ulcer. Vasculotide protects mice from vascular leakage and reduces mortality in murine abdominal sepsis. Vasculotide decreases microvascular leakage and improves microcirculatory perfusion in a rat model of hemorrhagic shock[1][2][3].
