YARA peptide, a cell-penetrating peptide, is a MK2 inhibitor. YARA-loaded nanoparticles decreases the levels of inflammatory cytokines (IL-1beta, IL-6, and TNF-alpha) in an ex vivo skin culture model. YARA peptide is promising for research of atopic dermatitis (AD)[1].
