NN1213 (Peptide 21), a long-acting human amylin peptide analog, is a selective Amylin receptor agonist with an EC50 of 0.177 and 0.262 nM for hAMY3R and rAMY3R, respectively. NN1213 significantly reduces appetite in rat and dog models. NN1213 can be used for antiobesity research[1].
