TLN-58 is an antimicrobial peptide. TLN-58 has antibacterial activity against S. aureus, S. epidermidis, and group A Streptococcus. TLN-58 also induces inflammatory cytokine mRNAs upregulation in normal human keratinocytes and NCL-SG3 cells[1].
