mSIRK (L9A) is a cell-permeable, N-myristoylated G-Protein Binding Peptide (mSIRK). mSIRK (L9A) contains a single point mutation (Leu9 to Ala). mSIRK (L9A) cannot enhance ERK1/2 phosphorylation. mSIRK (L9A) can be used as a control peptide[1].
