DLK-1, also known as pre adipokine, is a transmembrane-secreted protein with an epidermal growth factor (EGF) -like repeat sequence. DLK-1 regulates the growth of pioneer axons by controlling Wnt signaling. DLK-1 is a cell surface protein expressed in many cancers, including hepatocellular carcinoma, and maybe a potential target for monoclonal antibodies to treat cancer. DLK-1 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived DLK-1 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
