EPHA5 is a member of the erythropoietin-producing human liver cancer receptor (Eph receptor) that regulates embryogenesis by fine-tuning cell adhesion, localization, and migration, particularly in the nervous system. EPHA5 enhances the invasion and migration of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma through epithelial-mesenchymal transformation by activating the Wnt/beta-catenin pathway. EPHA5 Protein, Cynomolgus (HEK293, His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived EPHA5 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-His labeled tag.
