IL-3 Protein, secreted by T-lymphocytes, mast cells, and osteoblastic cells, regulates hematopoiesis and activates basophils, eosinophils, and monocytes. It promotes neural cell proliferation, inhibits osteoclast differentiation, and activates JAK2-STAT5 signaling. IL-3 also activates PI3K/AKT and ERK pathways for cell survival during oxidative stress. IL-3 Protein, Cynomolgus (His) is the recombinant cynomolgus-derived IL-3 protein, expressed by E. coli , with N-His labeled tag.
