Forming homodimers, it strongly interacts with TNFRSF1 and TRADD via death domains, initiating distinct apoptosis and NF-kappa-B signaling cascades. Interaction with BAG4 contributes to its multifaceted cellular response roles. DR3/TNFRSF25 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived DR3/TNFRSF25 protein, expressed by HEK293, with C-His labeled tag.
