EGFR Protein, Human (Active, L858R, sf9, His),Human,Sf9 insect cells
The activity was measured by off-chip mobility shift assay(MSA). The enzyme was incubated with fluorecence-labeled substrate and Mg(or Mn)/ATP. The phosphorylated and unphosphorylated substrates were separated and detected by MSA device. When the protein concentration is 200 nM, the conversion rate is about 20%.
