SUMO3 is a multifunctional ubiquitin-like protein that can attach to target lysines, acting as a monomer or forming lysine-linked polymers. Unlike ubiquitin, SUMO3 is not involved in protein degradation, instead, it may counteract ubiquitin degradation. SUMO3 Protein, Human (HEK293, His) is the recombinant human-derived SUMO3 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-6*His labeled tag.
