The EphA4 protein is a receptor tyrosine kinase that participates in bidirectional signaling with membrane-bound ephrin ligands including EFNA1 and EFNB3. EphA4 is activated by GPI-anchored ephrin A and transmembrane ephrin B and regulates cell morphology and integrin-dependent adhesion through regulation of Rac, Rap, and Rho GTPases. EphA4 Protein, Human (sf9, His-GST) is the recombinant human-derived EphA4 protein, expressed by Sf9 insect cells , with N-His, N-GST labeled tag.
