CXCL7 (also known as neutrophil activating peptide 2, NAP-2) is a platelet-derived growth factor that belongs to the ELR+ CXC chemokine family, functioning as a potent chemoattractant and activator of neutrophils through binding to its receptor CXCR2[1]. NAP-2/CXCL7 Protein, Rat (HEK293, Fc) is produced in HEK293 cells with a N-Terminal Fc-tag. It consists of 62 amino acids (I46-I107).
