It is expressed on a variety of nonhematopoietic cell types, and plays a role in inflammatory diseases, including autoimmunity and certain cancers. IL-17RC associates with IL-17RA to form a signaling receptor complex for IL-17A and IL-17F[1][2]. IL-17RC Protein, Human (sf9, His) is produced in Sf9 insect cells with a C-Terminal His-tag.
