FGFR-3 is a member of the fibroblast growth factor receptor family and is expressed in tissues such as cartilage, brain, intestine and kidney. FGFR-3 regulates chondrocyte differentiation and proliferation by activating the MAPK/STAT signaling pathway. FGFR-3 is a tumor marker.
