The NKG2A protein is an important immunosuppressive receptor that forms a complex with KLRD1 on lymphocyte subsets for self-non-self discrimination. It recognizes HLA-E loaded with self-peptides, monitors MHC class I expression in healthy cells, and promotes self-tolerance. NKG2A Protein, Cynomolgus/Rhesus Macaque (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant Rhesus Macaque-derived NKG2A protein, expressed by HEK293 , with N-hFc labeled tag.
