REG4 has specific affinity for alpha-mannan on Candida albicans hyphae and triggers phosphorylation of the FCER1G immunoreceptor tyrosine activation motif (ITAM), thereby activating SYK, CARD9 and NF-kappa-B. REG4 Protein, Rat (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant rat-derived REG4 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.
