huATN-658 is a chimeric monoclonal antibody inhibitor targeting urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR). huATN-658 blocks the interaction between uPAR and integrins, inhibiting the proliferation, invasion and migration of tumor cells. huATN-658 is promising for research of breast cancer (especially triple-negative breast cancer)[1][2].
