NP137 is a human IgG1 monoclonal antibody (mAb) targeting Netrin-1. NP137 inhibits the binding of Netrin-1 to its receptor UNC5H2 (IC50: 0.5 nM). NP137 activates caspase-3 to induce apoptosis. NP137 blocks netrin-1-UNC5B interaction, unleashes netrin-1 receptor pro-death activity, and inhibits BACE-1 enzymatic activity. NP137 induces cancer cell apoptosis, modulates EMT, reduces lung metastases, modulates tumor immune microenvironments, and suppresses tumor growth. NP137 attenuates amyloid-beta-induced cell death, modulates lymphocyte proliferation and survival, and rescues cognitive deficits in TgAPP mice. NP137 can be used in solid tumors, hematologic malignancies and Alzheimers disease research[1][2][3][4].
