SCT200 is a fully humanized IgG1 anti-EGFR monoclonal antibody with a Kd of 0.08 nM. SCT200 can kill tumor cells by complement-dependent cytotoxicity (CDC) and antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) through the Fc. SCT200 can be used for the study of refractory RAS and BRAF wild-type metastatic colorectal cancer[1].
