MIL62 is a glycoengineered type II anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody with a nearly completely afucosylated N-glycans in Fc region. MIL62 shows enhanced affinity for the FcgammaRIIIa receptors and direct B-cell killing effects. MIL62 has antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) activity. MIL62 can be used for the study of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL)[1].
