2141-V11 is an anti-CD40 agonist antibody with enhanced binding to FcgammaRIIB. 2141-V11 results in effective tumor-specific T-cell responses in vivo. 2141-V11 can be used for the study of BCG-unresponsive non-muscle invasive bladder cancer[1].
