Anti-IL6 Antibody (MH166) can completely neutralize the activity of hIL-6 in vitro, but when used in combination with hIL-6 in vivo, Anti-IL6 Antibody (MH166) can enhance the activity and prolong the half-life of hIL-6, and increase the production of antigen-specific antibodies[1].
